According to Wzor, Windows 7 Release Candidate 2 (RC2) will be signed off today and released on 12^th June. Microsoft had said that there will be only one release candidate for Windows 7, but Wzor’s announcement reporting that Windows 7 RC2 is expected to be made available to TechNet/MSDN subscribers soon.

The last build number for Service Pack 1 was 7141.0.winmain_win7ids_sp.090528-xxxx, but now has jumped to but has now jumped to 7200.0.winmain_win7ids_sp.090529-xxxx for Windows 7 RC2.
