It might be very useful if you are using Vista or Windows 7 but can’t enjoy the aero interface because of low graphics card or if you are using XP and want to get some transparency effects.</p>

<p align="justify">This utility is created by one of the deviantart member <a href="http://solo-dev.deviantart.com/art/TransTaskBar-CLI-and-UI-139407476">Solo-Dev</a>.</p>
<p align="justify">For applying the transparency, all you need to do is to download the zip file from the download link below, extract it, run the <strong>TTB-UI.exe file, </strong>drag the slider to your desired value and click on <strong>Apply</strong> button. It will immediately make the Taskbar and Start Menu transparent.<strong></strong></p>
<p align="justify">The zip file also contains a <strong>TTB.exe</strong> file, which a command-line version of this application.</p>
<p align="justify">You can open a Command Prompt window and use <strong>TTB.exe</strong> in following format:</p>
