Keyboard Tweaker is a free and lightweight windows utility which allows you to tweak your keyboard shortcuts or hotkeys. It offers various configuration possibilities and it runs in the background of windows operating system. It provides access to several features only known from multimedia keyboards such as speaker volume, launching executables from the local hard drive, opening the default email program to write an email to a specified address or opening local paths and URLs.

It transform a normal keyboard with 101/102 keys into a multimedia keyboard using the hotkeys. The program sets some combinations to the keyboard keys for a function.

It is a free utility, but you need to register for a product key. The website asks to wait for particular time for registering. After registering Keyboard Tweaker product, select get product code. The product code will be getting to your email.

It works on all Windows operating system from Windows 98. I tested it on Windows 7 and it works properly.
