<p align="justify"><a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/11587/">Talon</a> is a Firefox Add-on developed by <a href="http://aviary.com/home">Aviary</a> which allows you to screen capture inside Firefox and also edit the captured image online using <a href="http://aviary.com/tools/falcon" target="_blank">Falcon Image Markup</a>. Using this add-on, users can quickly capture the selected region or entire web page, save captured images to desktop or even edit the captured image directly in Aviary’s applications.</p>
<p align="justify">Once installed, it provides an option in the right click menu as well as on the tool bar. You can take a screen shot of the page or a region and if you are logged into the online account of Aviary, you can even edit the captured image. You can also save the captured images to desktop.</p>
<p><a href="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image00237.jpg"><img style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto" src="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image002_thumb7.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="300" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image00415.jpg"><img style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto" src="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image004_thumb15.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="313" /></a><a href="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image0066.jpg"><img style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto" src="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image006_thumb6.jpg" alt="" width="264" height="304" /></a></p>
<p align="justify">In addition, this add-on also provides another option to directly edit background images or any images on webpage with <strong>Falcon</strong> online image editor.</p>
<p><a href="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image0083.jpg"><img style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto" src="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image008_thumb3.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="225" /></a></p>
<p align="justify">It will open Falcon Image Editor and you can do some basic image editing with this editor.</p>
<p><a href="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image0101.jpg"><img style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto" src="http://geekytips.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/clip_image010_thumb1.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="326" /></a></p>
<p align="justify">There are several <a href="http://geekytips.net/tag/firefox-add-on/">add-ons for Firefox</a> which allow you to take screenshots but the Aviary extension is super easy and best of all you can directly edit the image and save it to your desktop.</p>
<p><a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/11587/">Download Aviary Firefox add-on: Talon</a></p>

<p align="justify">Mozilla has launched a new feature that allows users to create &quot;collections&quot; of their favorite Firefox extensions. </p>
<p align="justify">Add-on Collections can be organized by theme &#8211; i.e. extensions for students or web designers &#8211; or as bespoke selections of your favorite browser plug-ins. </p>
<p align="justify">Users can simply visit the <a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/editors_picks">Collections Directory</a>, browse through the various collections and install the various extensions separately.</p>
<p align="justify">Alternatively, you can download the <a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/pages/collector">Add-on Collector extension</a> for Firefox, and subscribe to various collections. </p>
<p align="justify">The Collector extension will notify you when new add-ons are added to the collection, but they won&#8217;t be automatically installed on your browser. </p>
<p align="justify">Each collection also has its own RSS feed, so you can keep up-to-date with new additions that way.</p>
<p align="justify">Mozilla has created several sample collections to get the ball rolling, but it hopes they will soon be overtaken by user-generated compendiums. Collections that get the most subscribers will be ranked highest on the Collections website.</p>
