Alarm is a free and lightweight windows utility which allows you to set some functions to be executed after a time or to a specific predefined time. Alarm is developed by Alex’s Software.
It includes the following functionality:

Shut Down

Restart

Log Off

Stand By

Hibernate

Alarm – play a .mp3 or .wav file

Execute – run a program

Message – display a message
-
Counter – stopwatch
It is a free utility, but you need to register for a product key. The website asks to wait for particular time for registering. After registering Alarm product, select get product code. The product code will be getting to your email.
It works on all Windows operating system from Windows 98. I tested it on Windows 7 and it works properly.
